Summer Intensive Everyday Ayurveda & Yoga | ||

Saturday July 5 to Friday July 11
7-8:30am and 5:30–7pm$140 for 7 days am and pm or $15 per class This week long exploration of Ayurvedic principles and practices will be offered each morning and evening for 7 days giving you the tools to make Ayurveda part of your everyday routine. Mornings and Evenings for 7 days the mystery of Ayurveda will be revealed. Restore natural balance and instill a sense of calm.
Sandra Shotton (Sannyasin Sagarmurti) received her training in Ayurveda both through the Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico and in Jaipur India at the Chakrapani Ayurvedic Research and Training Center. She is a certified Integrative Yoga Therapist and has 11 years of teaching experience in Yoga and Yoga Therapy. She has been practising Yoga for over 35 years. | ||
