Weekly Summer Class Schedule

4 weeks for  $50 one class per week or dropin $15 per class
 

The regular class schedule will continue until the end of July with the following changes:

The Summer Intensive (see below) will overlap these classes so you have the added bonus of a taste of Ayurveda with your regular program. Dropins Welcome space permitting. Please call ahead.

Summer Intensive
Everyday Ayurveda & Yoga

Saturday July 5 to Friday July 11
7-8:30am and 5:30–7pm
$140 for 7 days am and pm  or $15 per class

 

This week long exploration of Ayurvedic principles and practices will be offered each morning and evening for 7 days giving you the tools to make Ayurveda  part of your everyday routine.

Mornings and Evenings for 7 days the mystery of Ayurveda will be revealed. Restore natural balance and instill a sense of calm.

  • Learn the foundations including the five elements and tri-doshic theories and how to apply them in your own life.
  • Discover your own constitution and how to maintain balance
  • Experience and learn basic tools for rebalancing including diet and lifestyle recommendations
  • Learn Indian Head Massage
  • Experience Yoga daily including breathing and meditation practices designed for your constitution
  • Seasonal cleansing practices that anyone can do at home

Sandra Shotton (Sannyasin Sagarmurti)  received her training in Ayurveda both through the Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico and in Jaipur India at the Chakrapani Ayurvedic Research and Training Center. She is a certified Integrative Yoga Therapist and has 11 years of teaching experience in Yoga and Yoga Therapy. She has been practising Yoga for over 35 years.
